My career in insurance has spanned decades of brokerage sales, recruitment, and tax and product consulting, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the industry from every angle. In response to the regulatory changes introduced in 1995, I worked closely with banks, their securities firms and regulators as they entered the insurance market, serving in roles that ranged from business management, compliance, advisor training, recruitment, and estate planning specialist to many of Canada’s High Net worth individuals and their advisors
In 2015, I made the intentional decision to sell my larger agency and focus on what I enjoyed most—working one-on-one with a select group of high-net-worth entrepreneurs and their businesses.
Building long-term relationships and seeing the results of thoughtful bespoke tax planning and strategic product selection has been the most rewarding part of my work, supporting both business growth and family security across generations.
